General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between bg345 ("Platform", "we", "us") and its users ("Member", "you", "your"). By using our services through the bg345 website, mobile application, or any other channel, you agree to be fully bound by these Terms.

3.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

bg345 may request documents for identity verification at any time. Withdrawals may be held until this process is completed. The following documents are generally accepted:

• National Identity Card (NID) or passport.

Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Terms

The following payment methods are accepted for depositing funds at bg345: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (including major Bangladeshi banks such as DBBL, BRAC Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank). The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 for each method.

Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

bg345 offers new members a 120% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,200 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,200. Or depositing ৳10,000 earns a maximum bonus of ৳5,000, for a total of ৳15,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus.

• Wagering must be completed within the specified time limit after accepting the bonus.
• Not all games may contribute equally toward wagering requirements.
• bg345 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion.
• Misuse of bonuses may result in the bonus being cancelled and the account being closed.

5.3 VIP Program

bg345's VIP program has five tiers: Bronze (weekly cashback up to 0.3%), Silver (up to 0.6%), Gold (up to 0.9%), Platinum (up to 1.2%), and Diamond (up to 1.5%). You can gradually move up to higher tiers through regular gaming activity. bg345 holds the sole right to determine the criteria for VIP tier assignment.

Gaming Rules

6.1 General Gaming Policy

Gaming on bg345 is conducted through a fully fair and transparent process. The games available on our platform are developed by accredited game developers and undergo independent testing.

• Random Number Generator (RNG) technology is used to determine game outcomes.
• Game outcomes cannot be known in advance and cannot be manipulated.

6.2 Betting Rules

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bg345 platform. Violating these prohibitions will result in immediate account closure and all funds may be forfeited:

• Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.
• Misuse of the bonus system or bonus hunting activities.
• Gaming through automated software, bots, or artificial intelligence.
• Using another person's account or managing multiple accounts.
• Collusion — gaining an unfair advantage by conspiring with other players.
• Hacking, scraping, or attempting to breach the site's security systems.
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities or glitches to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using a false identity or forged documents.
• Any activity related to financial crime.

Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 Account Closure by bg345

bg345 may suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause of these Terms.
• Evidence of fraud or dishonest conduct.
• Failure to complete identity verification or provision of false information.
• Direction from a law enforcement agency.
• Long-term account inactivity.

8.2 Account Closure by the Member

You may request to close your account at any time by contacting the support team. Before the account is closed, all active bets will be settled and the available balance will be returned, however any unused bonuses will be cancelled.

12.2 Continued Use

Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the new terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please request to close your account.
